    Hi!

    For some reason when a customer adds the information to the Ultimate Gift Cards for WooCommerce and adds it to the cart – sometimes the amount of the card shows 0 instead of the sum that was added. When I go and clear all cache, it works fine for some time, but the next day the problem start again. I used LitespeedCache and then changed to WP Fastest Cache, but the problem still continues and changed back to LiteSpeed.

    I have this same problem on two sites on two different servers:

    I have added these to the Do Not Cache Cookies, but did not help.

    Add information to Gift Card: Amount (“Anna lahjakortin hinta”), Sender (“L?hett?j?”), Message (“Lahja viesti”), Email (“Toimitustapa”).

    Add to cart (“Lis?? ostoskoriin”)

    Show cart (“N?yt? ostoskori”) – > Amount is 0.

    by amount as you mean the price ? because I can see item number is one

    please try disable the object cache and purge all , see if it helps.

    Hi!

    Yes, I mean the price. I disables object cache on friday and now testing again -> same problem. Price turns to 0 in shopping cart.

    now that makes no sense , only thing I can think of that might impact the cart is the object cache , if it’s disabled , I can not possibly think anything else that could affect cart

    please try and confirm

    1. disable LiteSpeed Cache it just works fine ?
    2. please try use the default setting and see how it goes , you can reset in LiteSpeed Cache -> Toolbox -> Import/Export

    Hi!

    1. Yes. When disabled works normally.
    2. Tried to use default settings and tested the next day – not working.

    I had to disable the Litespeed cache for now, because it just doesn’t work. But I need the cache and don’t now what to do next.
