Do other shortcodes (from other plugins) work?

If you try putting the [select-faq] shortcode (from our plugin) on a page, does it work?

That error doesn’t give much information. Have you tried deactivating all other plugins, just as a test, to see if it makes a difference?

I TRIED TO DESACTIVATE ALL OTHER PLUGINS, EXEPT ULTIMATE FAQ, NO EFFET. IT DOESN’T WORK AT ALL. question is invisible and repon,se to. But the page existe ! I can see question (title) and response using Permalink associated to a single FAQ

What to do now ?

You mentioned that the questions are invisible, so are you no longer getting the Internal server error?

For the [select-faq], did you specify the slug (or name) of the FAQ you wanted to show?

For example:

[select-faq faq_slug='what-is-my-name']

Also, can you send us a link to your FAQ page so we can take a look?

Hi Denis,

There are some issues with your shortcode, specifically that the slug isn’t contained within quotes and the slug name seems to be incorrect.

To find the slug of an FAQ entry:
Go to UFAQ Settings, click the “FAQ” tab and then click ‘Quick Edit’ on any question in the list.

The “Slug” name is on the left under the Title. In this instance it will probably be something like ‘dans-quels-secteurs-recherchez-vous-un-emploi-une-mission’.

If this is the case, try using this shortcode:

[select-faq faq_slug='dans-quels-secteurs-recherchez-vous-un-emploi-une-mission']

Hi Denis,

I don’t know why you’re getting an internal server error on your pages. If you place the [ultimate-faqs] shortcode on a page, does it also still give an internal server error? If so, then can you tell us how many FAQ questions you have created?

Also, could you provide us with the full URL of one of your FAQ posts?

your friendly but this is not to use ultmimante faq
