Ultimate Brands not in alphabetical order

Hi,

I have your extension installed in my site and a week ago, brands list in product page lost alphabetical order and are all over the place. I work with literally hundreds of brands and it is impossible for me to work with this situation.
I understand that you are not offering support to not bought plugins. My question is if I buy the plugin is this a problem that can be fixed? Thank you
