Ultimate Auction plugin related to question

When I press on buy it now button it shows a text alert with a name on it (marked red). Now this is a user name of the administrator in our wordpress and I am not sure why this comes up. I never entered this name in any setting. Not sure why is it picking this up ? how can I change it to the Club Name? Please help.

Note that I cannot change the user name in wordpress as it is disabled.
