Ultimate Member dont work

Hello
have installed a new page, with Ultimaten Member.
But don’t work. Cannot log in, cannot register.
There is also no error when I send empty registration or login.

Have also deactivated all plugins and theme always changed the same.
Have all the settings as with my other domains.
What can be the error?
