    Hi,

    I’m in the process of setting up WooPayments.

    On the “Select an account for payouts” page I enter the bank account details and it comes back with a message “Please enter a bank sort code that supports transfers to and from your account”

    I have linked this bank account to Stripe without issue on the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin previously so I don’t think the bank account is the problem.

    It is a UK account so uses a “sort code” rather then “routing code”. Not sure if that makes any difference.

    Just wondering if anyone can help with this?

    I understand you’re having trouble setting up WooPayments and receiving an error message when entering your bank sort code.

    Since you’ve successfully linked this bank account with Stripe Gateway previously, it’s unlikely that the bank account is the problem. However, please double-check your sort code to ensure it has been entered correctly.

    If the issue persists, it could be due to a compatibility issue between WooPayments and your bank. Some banks may not support transfers to and from certain platforms. I recommend contacting your bank to verify if they support WooPayments.

    Thanks for reply.

    I had a check of the sort code and it is correct.

    I will check with the bank to see if that is the problem and will let you know how I get on.

    OK, apologies, turned out to be a user error.

    I went and checked the sort code for a third time and realised I that I really must improve my hand writing. ??
