We just tested your your form, but the Postal code field accepted B68 0TF code properly. You should have received this submission.

Please note, that the problem is not that the postal code isn’t accepted.

The address field is required, and this means, that all its elements, including Street Address Line 2 and Town, are required. If you fill in these details, you will notice that the postal code doesn’t cause any errors.

As for the margin on the left side, we have added the following CSS code to Custom CSS option of your form theme:

.wdform-page-and-images {
    padding: 20px !important;
}

Here in lies the problem.

In the UK most addresses do not have a line 2.

They have;

12 Hazlewell road
Bearwood
West Midlands
B17 9TU

** Plus, that was not clear to me as it kept putting RED under the postcode, therefore I would doubt that it will be clear to someone leaving a referral.

What do you propose?

In that case, we suggest you disable Streed Address Line 2 with Disable Field(s) option. Please have a look at this screenshot. Users will be able to write their address in Address Line 1, there is no limitation of characters on this input.

The Name order, at present it is; first, last then middle.

Can we make it; First, Middle then last?
