UK addresses on Address fields

  • I have recently added a form to my site that uses the address field and for some reason the yks-mailchimp-form-tooltip do not appear in the form fields and they are American version, for example:

    Street Address
    Apt/Suite
    City
    State
    Zip

    Instead of

    Street Address
    House name/number
    City
    County
    Postcode

    How can get these to be the UK defaults and how can I get the tooltips to appear within the form fields?
