Thanks for the additional information. Our development team looked into this and they have a fix for this issue which should be out tomorrow. Please update to the new version tomorrow and the issue should be fixed.

We have released Jetpack Boost 1.5.4 which contains a bugfix for this issue. Please upgrade, try it again, and let us know if you run into any further problems.
