As mentioned in the “All screen displays are problematic” topic.

Working on a laptop with a 1366 x 768 resolution the browser window won’t open far enough to prevent the elements from breaking out of the area they are supposed to be in.

On a 23.5″ widescreen at 1920 x 1080 with a full-screen browser window it looks fine. Until you reduce the size of the browser window, then it breaks. So it’s only usable at 1080.

Which makes it, for me anyway, unusable.

Also, having a documentation page where there is zero documentation is rather…unhelpful.

    Hi

Thanks for the information on the screen issue.

Would you let me know what documentation page you were looking at as there is an extensive help and support section on our site with lots of screen caps and videos at https://www.bookpress.net/docs/bookpress/1-0-getting-started/ so I’m not sure what page you were looking at?

    Many thanks

I’m not sure whee the blank documentation page was. I uninstalled the plugin. Maybe it was linked from there?

But I checked a few times while trying to work with the plugin. The contact form on your website failed, so I posted here.

Sorry I’m not much help since I can’t provide a specific link.

Okay no problem. Thanks for responding. I guess I can close this now.

Are you trying to see from a shortcode on a page/post or from using the sidebar widget?

My shortcodes display correctly, but the sidebar widget doesn’t – until I changed the browser settings to less than 100%.
