There is an UI bug where selecting a checkbox or interacting with a button causes a big (red) element to cover the whole screen. One such element is a pseudo-element of a checkbox that is not contained.
As the whole settings page is overlapped by the UI element, it is unusable.

The WooCommerce PDF Vouchers plugin has a style conflict with this plugin, as it sets the position of the input checkbox elements to static.

The other plugin has styles that cause this issue (selectors not being specific enough), it is a bug in that other plugin and I report it there.
