[UI] Blank dashboard page

Can’t access to the plugin page from the wp-admin dashboard, I cleared caches and cookies, tried on multiple OSes and browsers.
The error is a 500 hphp_invoke, which means it’s an uncaught exception that happens only with HHVM.
please fix this soon
