Uh, oh! Merchant change returned error!

    Hi all,

    so i am trying to create a feed for heureka (a local price comparison site)

    So i tried your plugin which has support also for heureka.

    When i try to create the feed i am stuck at the bottom, basically after i select heureka in the list of “Merchant Type” it loads for a while and after that the button remain disabled.
    I took a look at the browser console. Apparently there is “some” known problem but not much more info:

    Any suggestions ?
    When i look at settings -> system status, its all green.

    Hi, we tested our plugin on multiple servers but couldn’t find similar issues.

    So it is a possibility that there is a conflict with another plugin.

    It’s best if you could try again, and when you face the issue, then collect the site’s debug log and give it to us. You may email it to our support email.

    Then we can take a look and understand the situation better.

    hi @sultan00rextheme not really i ended up using a different plugin which is more niche in what i needed.
