Ugly outline in Firefox

    In Firefox, when I click any Collapse-o-matic link and that link then becomes ‘in focus’, I get an ugly grey outline around the element. The outline disappears when I click elsewhere. This happens in every site where I am using Collapse-o-matic.

    Does anyone know how I can get rid of this?
