Ugly format, support is unresponsive

  • This plug-in displays the scheduling calendar below the CTA button, but I want it to be hidden until someone clicks on the CTA. The calendar is extremely ugly and takes up space on the page. I want the calendar hidden until someone clicks on the button – simple request, right?
    I’ve been emailing support for a week and the only time they responded was to say “what’s the URL of your site?” I sent it to them and their response was brief and unhelpful. They essentially said “check the link and report back”. Let’s pretend for a moment that I don’t know how to use the plug-in and would like a little assistance.
    Support only responds in the middle of the night (approximately 2:00am Mountain Time) so I can troubleshoot during the day and hope for a response at night. If there isn’t a response or the response is unhelpful, I email back and hope for something the next night. I uninstalled the plug-in because I have a deadline for this website and need to find an option that actually works and support that can actually help. What a joke.

    1- We have replied all your messages. We answer the 100% of the support tickets. Your claim about this point isn’t accurate at all.

    2- The call-to-action button on your page isn’t part of the plugin, anyway we offered support to assist with that button but you didn’t replied our latest message send on August 11, 2020.
