Ugent: Petition Live, Users Can't Sign

Wonderful plugin thank you. Unfortunately, I have likely configured something wrong. Many users have reported problems signing in using EI, Chrome and Firefox. I’ve played with the settings, currently set to Petition Theme (shortcode): Basic.
