udraw and qtranslate

  • We are using wooCommerce (plugin) and qtranslate (plugin) for a multilanguage website + qtranslate for WooCommerce (plugin).

    If we activate the plugin qtranslate for WooCommerce we are not able to download the PDF in the orders anymore, if we deactivate it – it works just fine.

    The same issue we are having with qtranslate in the picture upload because the translation plugin puts the language (en,….)in front of the URL (en/wp-content/udraw…) and then udraw is not able to find the picture anymore (cause there is no folder en or fr or or or ?? )or to finde the correct order path for the pdf. Is there any possiblity that udraw would still uses the standard url instead of the adjusted link? ??

    Hi Tina ??
    I’m not 100% sure, but we will try to install qtranslate in our testing server to see if we can resolve this issue within uDraw.

    We’ll keep you posted with our finding later on.
