Thanks in advance for your answer,

    Best regards,

    Hi @jcuenin,

Yes, MANGOPAY WordPress plugin will be updated shortly with the new UBO feature. This is “in progress” on our side, we are working on it right now. If you want to receive a notification, when it will be ready please shot me an email at audouin.daboville AT mangopay.com and I will keep you updated.

    Hello @jcuenin,

A long time since we had this discussion… But I’m pleased to inform you that we just released an update about this topic. Our WP Plugin is now fully compatible with Company Number and UBO declaration.

If you have any question, feel free to ask.

    Best regards,

    Audouin,

    Hi,
    Good job thanks !

I have one more question considering UBO declarations.
How do we fill the birthplace field ? It seems that it is required for the UBO déclaration and i don’t see it in the wordpress admin user form ?

    Best regards

    Hello @bchabrol,

We suggest you a workaround: since the problem apparently only arises in the WordPress administrative back-end interface, you can use the front-end based vendor dashboard to upload the UBOs:

Please go to Vendor dashboard > Shop settings

Since most of the times vendors will take care of their UBO declarations themselves, they will probably use the vendor dashboard and not the WP back-end.

    Best regards,

    Audouin,
