UberMenu and WordPress Multisites

I am using the Genesis theme and would like to use UberMenu. Is it true that you have to pay for each occurrence of the UberMenu for each of your multisites? We have one website with 19 languages each with their own site using multisites. It would seem excessive to have to pay for 19 licences of UberMenu.
