I have entered the site and secret keys for this site, and enabled Uber reCaptcha for register and comment forms.
The site has a titled Contact Us page with the WP contact form fields entered, however I cannot get the ReCatcha “I am not a robot” to appear.
If I enable the Uber ReCaptcha check box for Login forms, then it appears on the login of the front Welcome page, however I don’t want it there or for registered users.
Can anybody guide me as to what I should do please to make it appear on the “contact us” page.
    Thanks in anticipation.

  • Hello @grem2016,

From what I can see you are using contact forms from JetPack and at the moment our plugin does not have the option of adding reCaptcha for JetPack’s forms.

However, I will create a ticket for our development team so they can address this in a future update.

Thank you for your patience and understanding,
    Mihaela

    Thank you Mihaela,
What you have said makes perfect sense, and I did not realise (until now) that the form was part of JetPack. So thank you for pointing this out. I look forward to the possibility of this being developed, though I suspect something will have to change at my [website] side before then. I look forward to hearing more, sometime.
    Thanks and best regards,
    G.

Mihaela, just as a follow-up, I installed reCAPTCHA Jetpack, very simple to do, and it now looks to be working well. Thank you so much for leading me to this… excellent support, thanks again.

Happy to hear you found a solution that works well in the meantime!
    Great job, G.!

Have a great rest of the week,

Hi. I have enjoyed your plugin on several sites, but I’ve found on one site that I have a similar problem as above. This particular site is a woocommerce site. On the main login page, no problem, but store customers don’t login that way, they use /my-account, which does not display the captcha, and so breaks customer login. Have had to deactive your plugin. Any chance of getting a fix for that?

    Hello @ddwebmaster,

Would it be possible to send us your website’s url so we can investigate a bit and better understand the issue?

    Thank you,
    Mihaela

Yes but it’s moot because I’ve uninstalled from the site in question, soundqubed.com. Having it installed causes login problems for WooCommerce customers, which we cannot have. I recommend installing it on a test site with WooCommerce installed (and using the WooCommerce provided StoreFront theme) to see the issue we’re having.

@ddwebmaster – that’s a fairly good point. Thanks for helping us understand more about the way you’ve tested this ??

We’ll look into it and address with an update shortly.

    /Cristian.
