UAM – how to restrict page editor to only their page

I want individual editors to only have access to their one page on a website (admin logins also automatically have access). However at the moment when the individual editors login, they have access to all the website pages. What do I need to do to limit their access?

I have made separate user groups for each of my editors and assigned only their page to their group. I originally created the pages before the Access Groups, but even when I make a page after setting up the group, they can still access all pages. Write Access is only group users. I have left Role Affiliation unticked as when I tick ‘Editor’ all user have access.

What do I need to do to limit their access to only their page?
