UAM doesn’t block any files any more

I have tried UAM and it worked first. But now it doesn’t block any files any more. Wen i copy the linke to a file in the media library to another browser, where i’m not logged in I can download the file without any problem. Also the Files don’t show the [L] Ending any more, which was a Hint, that they are blocked. So I tried to reset UAM multiple times and also deleted it and reinstalled. The issue remains.
I have to add that I’m also using Ultimate Member to manage User Access to websites and some other things, but it does’nt block file access in the media library, so I need to use both Plugins. Any hints, where I can search for the problem?
