UAG Blocks Not Working

    I submitted a support ticket, but never received a response. I’ll try here. I’ve installed and activated the plugin. I’ve confirmed that all blocks are activated. Yet in a post or page, the UAG blocks are not there. I’ve disabled all of the plugins. Same result. Looking for help to understand why.

    Hey @bergerlaw ,

    That does not happen ideally. Do you mind sharing the ticket ID with us so that we have a closer look?

    Also, you can try deactivating other 3rd party block plugins to debug the issue.
