    Hi,

    I have a number of aliases setup on my g suite, however I am not able to select any of these.

    Additionally, none of my Formidable forms are being sent although in the formidable logs, I can see that formidable has stored the entries and behaved accordingly

    Please advise?

    Thanks for reaching out. Please make sure your aliases are verified correctly in your Gsuite. If you still don’t see the aliases in the From Email field in WP Mail SMTP, you might want to check by re-connecting your Gsuite account.

    Formidable forms emails should be sent fine if SMTP is configured correctly on your site. Could you please share the results or error when you send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Email Test?

    Hi Sanjeev,

    I have followed the instructions for setting up the plugin and adding aliases to my account, but the “From Email” dropdown only shows the main email address. Any suggestions?

    Ah! I figured it out. I set up the alias in Google Workspace (via admin.google.com), but I also needed to log in to the email account and add the alias (via mail.google.com) under Gmail > Settings > Accounts > Send mail as. Sorry for the extra work, the process just wasn’t very clear to me at first.
