    Since last November it stopped tracking sales. I’ve updated the plugin today, so maybe the reason is an outdated version of the plugin.

    Howdy!

    Yes, an outdated plugin could be one of the reasons why it could stop tracking sales. So, let’s wait for a bit, probably a day or two, to see if that does the trick. Also, if you have any other pending updates, please do them.

    If a few days went by and that didn’t help, please share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Hey, I know this one has been closed but experiencing the same issue. The plugin stopped logging transactions in roughly mid-November. Everything else still seems to be working properly. I noticed there was an update, so updated both Woocommerce and this plugin but no luck. Would rather not include the system status report publicly for a live site, but if there’s a better way to reach out to you to provide that please let me know.
