[U004] Sorry, there was an error in row 1 : A Digital type must have an Image

    I’ve just entered a sample image which matches the ‘Image File’ criteria specified in that section. It enters fine.

    When I hit submit I’m getting the following error: [U004] Sorry, there was an error in row 1 : A Digital type must have an Image.

    On webpage where image is being entered:
    Type is set to Digital
    Category is set to assigned topic.
    Title is populated.

    On backend:

    Data type within ‘Type’ is set to Digital.

    I can’t see your page — it requires a login.

    The message you got is generated by a restriction. You must have a restriction in your layout that is not being satisfied, with message “A Digital type must have an Image.”

    (Either that or you changed the layout without clearing your javascript cache for the upload form )

    The layout is Fish Portrait

    What’s the process to clear the java script cache? It would not surprise me if that’s the issue, there was a restriction but I removed it.

    I’ve corrected this Josie, there was a restriction and it’s now been removed.
