• I just implemented the Typograph theme, which is looking really, really nice. But: the rss doesn’t work at all. Clicking the subscribe link, or the sidebar-items leads to various mishaps and not to rss-subscription.

What can I do? Please know that I’m no programmer at all.

Other tiny question: is there a way to place an ad in that ginormous sidebar?

    Thanks!

    J

…and I’d like to add something: on opening the site on a 17″ screen, the sidebar appears at the bottom of the page, all messed up…

I am also using the Typograph theme on my blog and I haven’t had any problems with the links. There was an update paragraph on the theme homepage about the wrong template originally being uploaded and it had bugs. I am trying to put ad space in the sidebar also. If you go to the theme homepage you will see the response to my question about putting adds in the sidebar. It doesn’t sound like it is an easy task.

jeroenlemaire: The RSS link that is installed in Typograph by default is the standard RSS link in your WordPress installation. If it doesn’t work it means you have changed the RSS settings of your blog in some way. Are you using FeedBurner or some other service to manage your RSS feeds?

On the other issue: the theme is fixed-width by default. If the sidebar jumps to the bottom of the page there must be something else going on on your blog that has nothing to do with the theme itself. Post a link to your blog and I’ll take a look at it for you.

I’m having the same problem with the rss link, and I haven’t touched the rss settings of my blog.

If I do want to use FeedBurner, how would I go about it while using the tabbed sidebar?

    thanks for the help!

    nevermind, figured it out!
