    Also, we are having a hard time with the plugin not following the rules of the Neve Theme page settings. The plugin is forcing itself to 100% width even though the Neve Theme sets all pages to be “Contained”:

    We also need the Order Messages to include the order information from Woocommerce in them; receiving a blank message that doesn’t show admins what products were ordered or who the person is that is messaging us, doesn’t do us any good. How do we include all of the order information in the message so that we can see what they ordered and who they are?

    Also, when a new message comes into our staff, shouldn’t there be a link in the email leading to the order in Woocommerce so that they can respond to it?

    You have 2 other flaws in the plugin.

    RMA Refund Request Accept Email and RMA Refund Request Cancel Email are both DISABLED in Woocommerce, yet your plugin is sending them to every customer even though we strictly never allowed them to be enabled.

    Below is the reply to your queries-

    It seems that the issue you are facing with the theme due to which it is conflicting with layout of order message and currently we have only functionality with message to sending message between customer and admin.

    If you are able to provide some custom CSS for layout issue based on your theme then we suggest kindly use our setting “Refund Form Custom CSS” to provide custom CSS for this.

    We have checked on our end and we didn’t find such issue on our end so it maybe due to the theme or third party plugin.

    As of now it does not contain order link in the email

    Generally this doesn’t happed but if you are facing this please connect with our support team will help you further.

    As of now it does not contain order link in the email

    So an email comes into our staff with no indication of who its from? No name, no email, no order information, no link to the order in Woocommerce? That’s not making things any faster for returns…? It’s making it more work for our staff to figure out who is contacting them.
