    Hello! I’ve had a lot of Google Analytics issues due to some changes that GoDaddy made, which included unchecking “Install Google Analytics Tracking Code” because of a plugin conflict, and supposedly GoDaddy added the code to my site, but that wasn’t working, so yesterday they rechecked “Install Google Analytics Tracking Code.” However, my views were still much lower than average, so I asked Google Support. They found a typo in the code; here’s what they said: “There is mistype for analytics.js, what I can see here is the below code: (window,document,’script’,’//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js’,’ga’);

    It should be (Missing ‘https’) (window,document,’script’,’https://www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js’,’ga’);

    Also, I see the tracking code in Chrome and Bing, but not Firefox. Please help, thank you!

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    You could ask our support for Google Analytics instead of reaching to Godaddy ??
    Could you please contact us at https://analytify.io/support/, I need some extra details to debug this issue.

    BTW it doesn’t matter to use https because we used // and It will server both http and https.

    Thanks, Adnan and that’s interesting because this was Google saying “that’s what’s wrong!” And yes, you’re correct, I could have asked for your support (and your support is always great), except this whole problem started when GoDaddy was trying to “fix” a completely unrelated problem! ?? And they broke GA, among other things. However, they are still working on my site and I see that they have now disabled the Analytify plugin for now, in the course of their trying to fix other problems. So I’m going to hang on and wait until they finish that work. Thank you so much! – Dawne

    Let us know if, after their efforts, it doesn’t work.

    We would love to debug that for you ??
