Typing animation glitch on mobile

I have tested on a new instance and the problem is not visible, and also I have checked your website and did not see the behaviour you are describing. Is the problem solved now?

If the mobile menu is still glitching, since we couldn’t see the problem on our end, could you please try checking your website in incognito mode? This might help us determine if it’s a caching issue or something else.

Hi,

If you are using macOS, you can also look for the “Reduce Motion” setting.

That option reduces all motion on the screen not just for the OS but in the browser as well.

The glitch is still persistent on my end. Only occurring on my mobile device. I am using iOS 15.8.3

The typing animation effect has been applied to the header “A commitment to innovation and sustainability”

Have you checked your device for the Reduce motion setting? https://support.apple.com/en-us/111781#:~:text=Go%20to%20Settings%20%3E%20Accessibility.,then%20turn%20on%20Reduce%20Motion.

If it’s still not working please share the exact device and browser you are using.

Can you please share the following so we can better troubleshoot your situation:

• Device Details: The exact model of your device and the browser you are using to view the website;
• Device Settings: Have you tried what Rodica mentioned about the Reduced Motion?
• Cache and Cookies: Have you cleared the browser cache and cookies on your end to ensure that cached files aren’t causing the issue?
• Errors: Look for browser console errors that might affect the animation on mobile devices.

Alternatively, you can check your website using a different browser or with an entirely different device.

Please let us know how it goes and share screenshots with any of your findings!
