    Hi mooreaa,

Unfortunately this plugin only includes the typekit fonts on your website frontend. It doesn’t include them in the WordPress dashboard (admin area).

If the Layer Slider WP plugin did its preview via the frontend, then that should solve it.

However if Layer Slider WP does the preview in the dashboard, then there is no way to include the Typekit fonts.

    Does that make sense?

    Hi James

the real problem is, that different fonts have different parameters like letter-spaciong, tracking, etc. That means, to design a nice layout in the Layer Slider Dashboard is not possible. You have to make one change and then preview the slider in the frontend to see what is different, compared to the LS Dashboard.

This is very annoying. A solution for this problem would be highly appreciated, the more so because the LS with its great design opportunities literally invites us to create beautiful typographic designs.

    Do you see any possibilities?

    Thanks in advance!

    Best, Christoph

Hi Christoph, thanks for explaining your use case.

I have a much better understanding of what you’re trying to do though.

I’ve added your idea as a feature suggestion (https://github.com/OM4/Typekit-Fonts-for-WordPress/issues/1), and I’ll keep it in mind for future versions of the plugin.

For now though, the plugin only adds Typekit fonts to the frontend and not the wp-admin area.

    Thanks for using the plugin!

    James
