  • Hi,

We’re sorry that you’re having trouble – I think that we can help. There appears to be a conflict between the plugins and/or themes that you have installed, as we’ve not received reports of this issue from other users/customers. Additionally, we attempted to reproduce this issue using our testing environment and things are working as expected. Please try the following debug steps:

    1. Disable all plugins with the exception of payPal wp button manager , and determine whether or not the issue is still occurring
    2. Re-enable additional plugins one by one, testing after each add-on is enabled, in order to find the culprit

If, after disabling all additional plugins, you are still seeing the same issue, then switch to basic twenty theme with payPal wp button manager enabled and then check once again.

Please follow these steps and let us know your results.

    Thank you!

i have noticed that the following plugins dont work
    Event tickets
    Metaslider
    Ninja Forms
    The events calendar

Sounds great that you found the culprit, now Please try to narrow down which one among these 4 is the actual culprit, and let me know so that we will run some test and see if there are some adjustments required then we will be happy to make so.

    Thanks!

I’m getting the same error, I deactivated your plugin PayPal WP Button Manager, and was able to edit my pages.

I just install it and before clicking on the button I saw the legend that it wasn’t tested in my current wordress version 5.0.3–es_ES, but I decided to give it a try.

I created a button, and then tried to go to one of my pages to insert the shortcode and get the error.

The error message clearly mentions the directory of the plugin in a couple of lines:

TypeError: this.activateMode is not a function
    ….
    at s (…/wp-content/plugins/paypal-wp-button-manager/admin/gutenberg/blocks.build.js?ver=1:1:54026)
    at Function.ss (…./wp-content/plugins/paypal-wp-button-manager/admin/gutenberg/blocks.build.js?ver=1:1:96431)

Your plugin looks very functional, hope you can fix it

    Hi @wplor,

I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. Did you tried the basic debugging steps I have listed before? If not, Can you Please try those and let me know the results?
