    Please disable the plugin ‘popup-press’ and let me know if the problem is fixed for you. This plugin is producing that JS error which is stopping the javascript for all other scripts as well.

    thanks that worked, but I may need to use that plugin in the future. Do you have a function i can add to my theme that will allow me to use both plugins?

    The mentioned plugin is stopping the javascript so if you need to use that one then I recommend contacting their support fix this issue for their product. That way, it will not generate any error and other scripts will run smoothly along with this plugin being activated.
