Live chat Support issues

    I have installed Live chat support Pro

    plugin in my website.It is not working correctly.
    I have following issues in this
    1) When user sends message to admin and admin is offline.the mail is going for offline message but when admin appearing online then no that offline messages are displaying for admin.How admin can respond to offline messages?

    2)Sometimes even if i have fill up the name and email.Messages to admin with the name of guest.

    3)If admin is online and user is sending message that time.When admin accept chat no notification coming at user’s end.We have to refresh the page at that time.

    Please help me if you have solutions of my above issues as i have to solve issues ASAP.
