    Hi,

We’ve been using the Lite version for quite a while and it was working great. After the latest few updates though we noticed the PDF views were not showing and the following error in the console appeared:
Class constructor Scene cannot be invoked without ‘new’ at t.Stage as constructor

Here is a screenshot of the screen LINK.

We tried updating to version 2.2.41 which we found in support topics but the issue persisted so we fixed it for the time being by rolling back to a previous version of the plugin we had as backup (v. 2.0.86) that worked.

Do you have any suggestions how we can fix it? Thanks.

    Hi,

Looking at your site we see that there are conflicts in the lite and PRO version.
Do not enable both at a time. The version you mentioned/used 2.2.41, 2.0.86 are lite version.

While in your site you have is 1.7.3 very old Full version.

Also, dflip (17.3) is not added from the plugins, it’s coming from the theme.
It adds the old Three.js version which is not used in new versions(2.0+) so there is issue.
Ask the theme provider to update to new code, The new version of plugin cannot work if the theme adds the old plugin version.

    Hi,

Thank you for the fast response and support.

It seems like this issue was caused by a decision our developers made when integrating the plugin but we fixed it.
