I just tested the last version of the plugin (0.3.1) in a WP 3.7.1 installation, and I can confirm that it’s working as expected. Which version of the plugin are you using?
Do you have some other gallery-related plugin running in your site? Please try to deactivate all the other plugins to see if it works.
Also, remember that the Bootstrap library needs to be included in your theme, because the plugin does not include it on its own. In case that your theme does not have Bootstrap included, or performs some gallery-related actions, the plugin may not work.
The best testing case scenario here would be to use Twenty Thirteen as your theme, including the Bootstrap libraries manually, without the aid of any plugin, and deactivating all the other plugins. Then you can activate them one by one until you find the one that is causing the issue. Then you can switch back to your theme and see if it’s working there.
