Type of jQuery Excluded

Would you be able to advise when “Apply Defer (jQuery excluded)” is enabled, what are the exact jQuery files excluded? Is it just jquery.js or the whole jquery folder from wp-includes is excluded?

Nonetheless, I think this is the only plugin that offers plugins and themes exclusion which makes things a lot simpler.
