tynimce advance problem with nginx

I’m trying to instal tynimce advance
but cant upload it directly to my wordpress,
and I cant even use ftp since mine requires port 22

then i uploaded it manually to wp-content/plugins/tinymce-advanced

it worked, but when I go to write a post
the toolbar is gone…

please help me

does it have something to do with server issue since I’m using nginx?
bcuz what i know is that the htaccess is deprecated
