Two year old blog with little traffic..help

I’ve had my site up for well over two years the site is https://www.industryfokery.com over that period of time i’ve made hundreds of entries even going as far as creating expansions for our audio section. Problem is we’ve added just about every single seo plugin available, have submitted sitemaps to all of the search engines available, have linked back to our site from relevant and similar sites, have social networked the site into just about every platform imaginable yet the average visitor per day rarely goes over 100-120.

We’ve reviewed our competition and we definitely provide better original content and yet we are getting trumped by them. We originated the site on blogspot’s network and then ported over to wordpress but we averaged more visitors daily on blogspot. We ping our site weekly and our content features very relevant tags. Can anyone help us out, we are seriously worried about the future of our site. Any help would go a long way.
