Two WP Install on same server and redirection problems

    Lets see

    I Install wp on /newsite folder on my server. I make the new website work fine and then decide to redirect mysite.com to mysite.com/newsite but a to much redirection msg show.

    I ask my hosting company to help but the result was the same. And I decide to take action

    Then I decide to make a new install of WP on root directory and then copy some files ( uploads, plugins, all that stuff and the rest of the files ( the others that are not wp-includes, wp-admin and the other one ) from /newsite folder to root directory.

    So I finish my day with 2 succes instalation of wp on 2 diferents folders with the same content. Both work great and in both I can access my admin page without troubles.

    Sucendly, my hosting provider decide to take action too, after 7 hours oy my help and everythis was a mess

    I email then again and supouse to restore the site and looks good

    The problem is

    mysite.com works great but I cant access admin cause it redirect me to mysite.com/newsite/wp-login.php

    mysite.com/newsite works great but I can access wp admin cause it doesnt accept my password. I access admin using one of the links I have on browser navigation bar

    Any Ideas hot to fix it?

    It me again….I was thinking and you advice will be really appreciate

    What if I modify the URL Bloh Adress and Blog Home in the /newsite wp admin ( where I can go inside ) and the copy the wp files to the roo directory? Could this work? I mean that was wath I Did..the problem could be that because I copy the files from /newsite al the info a redirectios was set up to that folder… just thinking

    Any comments?

    Im afraid to do that and if doestn work..I have to make all the work again….hahah
