• My NON-wordpress website has two WordPress installs in two separate subdirectories (because that is the only way I can do what I need to do, so don’t ask), but both are part of the MAIN website which is
not run by WordPress (again – don’t ask. That’s just the way it must be). As everything is part of a SINGLE website, I want the subscription form to be available on all pages, and link to a SINGLE email list. How can this be done with the two WP installs when the activation key can only be used on a single WordPress installation, which in turn breaks up the mailing lists as though they were part of different websites. (adding the link to non WordPress pages is a separate issue I will have to deal with – and widgets don’t work – I’ve already tried)

    Hi there @dtnelson66,

I’m pretty sure this isn’t going to work, but let’s see. I guess as the two separate WP installs are using two different databases, making them totally unique?

The only way you may be able to get this to work, is by someone creating the required tables on both DB’s and then syncing them while using just one of the WP installs to send the actual emails. But overall MailPoet was designed to work on a site by site basis and this is a *very* special use case.

    Thanks!
