Two videos missing

I have lots of videos but if i set my limt to 9 is see 7, if I set the limit to 6 is see 4…
I want 9 so I have set the limit to 11 bit this seems odd.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please share your TikTok account here and let us know if there’s any common factor in the videos that aren’t appearing.

to the Website plugin feed: https://hscarpentryandjoinery.co.uk/ (scroll down)You can see that it seems to be ‘skipping’ soemm videos. I can’t see the deifference betwee the one that show and those that dont. E.g. 4th and 7th

Tokens must be handled with caution. It is recommended that you store and manage all tokens on the server side.
- Access token is a user authorization token that can be used to directly access user information in the TikTok ecosystem.
- Refresh token is used to renew the access token.

We’ve observed that the posts not showing up in your gallery are of the “pinned” type. We’re investigating this issue locally to better understand why these pinned posts aren’t displaying correctly. One possible explanation could be that these pinned posts aren’t the most recent chronologically but may be from older dates.

However, it appears that TikTok no longer supports the carousel option. Could you please provide guidance on how to create a carousel post for testing purposes on localhost? I’m not using the carousel option, i’m using the gallery option so i’m not sure if this is relevant? Also, sorry i don’t understand what you are referring to about multiple posts? I didn’t create or manage the TikTok, i’m only responsible for the website.

We want to clarify that we weren’t referring to the layout of the feed in our plugin, but rather to the specific type of posts on TikTok. Please review our screenshot here:https://snipboard.io/2z7uWI.jpg
As you can see, it’s a kind of photo carousel that was previously available on TikTok but seems to be no longer supported. Due to this change, we would need you to provide us with the procedure to recreate this type of posts so that we can conduct relevant tests on localhost.

Ah! I understand now. I will ask my client but I expect that this was done a long time ago and like you he can no longer achieve this.
