Two VAT

Yes just add the both in WooCommerce and the plugin will detect and display them.

If you look in detail in the total of VAT (TVA) says 5.5% and puts every thing both VAT

I am using v2.2.8 the latest

I think you need to give all VAT a unique name.

I Have for the name
TVA 5.5% and TVA 20%

so two different name So no
