Two-Tiered Conditional Navigation

hi,

i have edited my wordpress so i have a lokal navigation under my global nav.

now i wanna know how i can link a global one too an lokaly one.

for example. i have a global nav Contact. Under that there r 2 lokal navs, mail and route.
how can i, so that when i click the contact it jumps to the route page. and doesn’t give an empty page on contact ?
