My store is set to calculate sales taxes and always display price inclusive of tax (VAT).

There are two issues, the first of which is a bug/omission and the other is my opinion:

    1. On the My Account/Dashboard page the ticket prices are being displayed without VAT. This should honour the site settings on tax display.

    2. On the ticket page that the customer prints out, it is displaying the current price of the ticket product. I think it should display the product price which was valid at the time the ticket was purchased (before discounts, etc). To explain – this has come to my notice as the client has increased the cost of the tickets after they went on sale. Therefore, tickets which were £20 at the time of purchase, if printed out now, show the new price of £25. I know it’s only a small point, but it could cause confusion.

    Thanks

    Peter

@petervandoorn in honoring the VAT, how do you normally handle this in WooCommerce, since that is the underlying shopping cart.

Re: #2, great idea. adding to backlog.

(for anyone else reading this, big thanks to peter who not only discusses issues but often makes great product suggestions…)
