Two things: translation and link

Hi – thanks for what seems to be a great little plugin. I am, however, having two issues that you might be able to help me with:

1. The plugin has a Swedish translation, for example the string “Location” is properly translated to “Plats”. But the strings “Start date” and “End date” are nowhere to be found in the po-file. Please advice.

2. I’ve set a link from my event with the label “L?s mer” (read more), but the link doesn’t show:
