two themes mixed up into one

I have been trying to find a better look for my wp site and tried a couple of different themes before deciding on one. So I re-activated “Frontier” after trying out “Iconic one” which had nearly no customizing unless you went premium, and now I have frontier with no wordpress menu bar for editing easy, and several of my pages are still templates from Iconic one.
