Two theme request recommendations

  • Hi there.

    I am looking for two different themes and wondering if you can make some suggestions. I am looking for free or inexpensive themes. One needs to be for a real estate single agent site that would be compatible with diverse solutions idx plug in for northstar mls.

    The other needs to be free if at all possible for an estate sale site. It needs to have basically a static front page with maybe a widget that shows a photo for the most current estate sale. The main setup needs to be where the person I am developing it for can put each estate sale on a page with descriptions of the items at the sale, google map and rows of photos for the sale.

    If you have any suggestions for me I would appreciate it.
