Two Tabs for Same Topic

I have a Contact Me tab and a newly embedded Newletter signup form (from MailerLite) plus text on what you are signing up for and how to contact me via email. Although there is only one page when you go onto display pages to edit, there is a duplicate page & signup box under a tab called “Contact”.

I just installed the signup box yesterday and in order to test, I had my wife sign up with her email address in Contact Me – she received a success message and then a confirmation email. To be certain that there would be no issues, I then entered my own email address under the Contact tab and received a success message – but no confirmation email. I then checked on Mailer light and saw that there are two subscribers listed, despite my not being able to confirm the subscription.

So my question to the community is this: how do I get rid of the extra non-working tab? Please advise & thanks
