Two tables of products in the On-hold e-mail

    Hi, I need help with this issue, not sure why its happening. Everything is update, cannot see the culprit.

    Its in czech but as you can see, there is product twice. Its not just test e-mail, I created an order. This only happens in the On-hold e-mail.
